Try this combination. It's really good.
Mixed organic greens.
Other raw veggies like: bell pepper, cucumber, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, caulilflower
Dried fruit: I use a mix of raisins, blueberries, cranberries, and cherries
Nuts: I use salted pecans, raw sunflower seeds and raw almonds
For protein: grated cheddar cheese, boiled egg and bacon pieces
Dressing: I like Hidden Valley Original Ranch
The combination of crunchy, sweet, and salty is dynamite. We eat this for supper--it constitutes the whole meal.
