On the weight-loss front--I've lost another pound--finally. It is coming off slowly, but I guess that is to be expected at this level. Total lost to date: 25 pounds.
Now for Cool Whip Lucky 13. It is the one with protein.
I think it tastes a bit like cheese cake.
In a bowl place a half a cup of fat free cottage cheese. Add one packet of sweetener--your choice. Stir together to mix. Now fold in one fourth tub/56 grams of fat free CW.
Adding the cottage cheese give you 12 grams of protein for only 80 calories.
The whole dessert is only 170 calories and honestly, tastes like cheesecake to me.
It's quick and easy to mix together when you need it too. With it I am able to satisfy my sweet tooth with an option that does not include candy, cookies or brownies. Smile.
Cottage cheese is a good source of protein, calcium, carbs for energy and not high in calories in the fat free or reduced fat versions.
So give Lucky 13 a try. You might like it. Enjoy.
