I came across a new weight loss blog that I've found to be helpful.
This post "Does Food Control You" points out that often we eat for the sheer pleasure and end up overeating because we want the pleasure to continue, trying to avoid the disappointment that follows.
The author makes this point: "you will have to deal with disappointment whether you stop after 2 or 20, the choice is yours".
