As for my favorite breakfast, it is approximately 200 calories and the only 'cooking' is making the coffee.
It's one ounce of goat cheese (70 calories) crumbled onto a plate, topped with a drizzle of raw honey (25 calories) and two walnut halves(25 calories) broken into pieces, accompanied with two toast rusks (80 calories).
Honestly, I could eat this every morning. Eventually I'll move onto something else but for now this is my favorite.
