Yummy Jello Sponge Fluff
Light, pastel color..... perfect for Spring.
Dissolve one small box sugar free gelatin--flavor your choice--in one cup of boiling water.
Chill until it begins to thicken-- the consistency will be like egg whites.
Stir in one half cup of fat free plain yogurt.
Fold in once scant cup (60 grams/100 calories worth) of fat free Cool Whip.
Chill until set.
Top with additional Cool Whip if desired.
This whole recipe only has 175 calories.
It yields 3 nice servings--or you could eat the whole thing!
Perfect for those times you want something sweet, but not heavy.
