What makes it Moroccan? Cashews, golden raisins, curry powder.
No specific amounts..combine:
*diced red apple, leave the peel on
*a little diced onion, can omit
Dress with a sauce made by combining:
*sugar (use ratio of 2 parts sugar to 1 part acid)
*lemon juice or vinegar (this is the acid)
*a tiny amount of water to thin
If you want to save a few calories replace a little of the mayo with sour cream or yogurt. Also, don't use so much mayo that all you can taste is the mayo..you want to taste the other flavor components as well, if not more so. The sauce/dressing should enhance the finished product.
