From Birth to Death the Ages of a Woman

When she’s born she’s a "baby girl". Then she becomes a "little girl" around age 3 up till about age 6. By the time she’s 7 or so to 11’ish she’s a "big girl". At 13 through 15 she’s a "young girl"; and from 16-29 she’s just plain “girl”. In her 30’s she’s a "young woman", and at 40 she’s finally called just plain "woman". Fifty marks her as a "middle aged woman", at sixty she’s referred to as an "older woman" and by age 70 and on she’s just an "old woman."
"....there have been many times when I have shed bitter tears, when if I had understood the situation better, I would have celebrated my good luck instead."
