Ten days of vacation with daily eating out and no weight increase. On the heels of that came the 4th of July with lots of good food. Again, no weight increase. With that I was totally pleased.
And today I'm even more pleased. I weighed this morning and I've lost another pound. That gives me a total of 17 pounds lost.
I must be doing something right. Wish I knew what has made the difference.
