Here's another slow carb bowl I had last week. It tasted delicious.
In a bowl combine:
- one serving cooked whole wheat spiral pasta
- 1/2 cup frozen whole young green beans broken and cooked
- one serving canned salmon
- a few sliced green olives
- diced onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon green olive juice
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- water to thin
- 2-3 tablespoons plain yogurt
Deliciousness in a bowl.
