Greetings. I'm enjoying the fall for sure...especially the cooler weather.
During the month of October I like to watch lots of fun scary movies. We turn off all the lights-- except for our salt lamps--to add to the feeling of scary fun. Last night we watched Charlie Chan in The Chinese Cat. Here is a video trailer:

I will be posting infrequently for the next couple of months...on up into January--until the holidays are past. I'm spending too much time at the computer--which means I'm sitting instead of moving. The only way I know to remedy that is to "walk away".
Right now I can't seem to stay focused on the weight loss plan. The desire to lose the rest of the 20 is still there, but I'm hoping at best to maintain the loss I have to date.
